To submit your entry, please use the form provided below to provide all the necessary information, including the Programme and Age Category codes, and attach the files for your selected competition.

To submit your media or document files, you can use the Entry application. Supported file formats include MP3s, MP4s, PDFs, and Word files. If you prefer, you may also share a relevant YouTube link. Alternatively, you can send your files via WeTransfer to agpianomusicfestival@gmail.com. Please make sure to mention your name and music competition codes in your message.

It is important to note that only unedited and uninterrupted audio/visual will be accepted, and poor-quality recordings may result in disqualification of your application.

• Please note that entries for the First Round (Registration) are FREE!

​

However, if you qualify for the Second Round, you will need to make a one-time payment for the competition fees. We will notify you via email if you advance to the Second Round and provide instructions for payment at that time.

• Entries and fees must be received by the Registration Deadline of Friday 24th November 2023.

You will be notified about the entry as early as possible by email.
