To submit your entry, please use the form provided below to provide all the necessary information, including the Programme and Age Category codes, and attach the files for your selected competition.

​To submit your media or document files, you can use the Entry application. Supported file formats include MP3, MP4, PDF, and Word files. Alternatively, you may also share a relevant YouTube link. Alternatively, you can send your files via WeTransfer to agpianomusicfestival@gmail.com. Please ensure that you include your name and music competition codes in your message.

Please be aware that only unedited and uninterrupted audio or visual recordings will be accepted. Submissions with poor quality may result in the disqualification of your application.

​Additionally, to have your entry accepted, your entry fee must be paid via Stripe at the Go to Checkout section at the bottom of the application form. If you require an alternative payment option, please contact us at agpianomusicfestival@gmail.com before completing the form.

• Entries and fees must be received by the Registration Deadline of Friday 28th November 2025.

You will be notified about the entry as early as possible by email.
