Important Update: Expanding Our Vision for 2027

Dear Subscribers, Friends and Supporters,

We are writing to share some exciting news about the future of Around the Globe Music & Arts!

We are currently in the process of applying for Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) status with the Charity Commission, joined by a wonderful new team of Trustees. This transition will help us build a stronger foundation for our educational and musical mission.

To focus fully on this transition and build an even stronger framework for the future, we will pause our 2026 Festival and give our website a complete makeover starting in late September, ensuring supporters stay informed about the temporary break and upcoming relaunch.

Around the Globe Music & Arts Announces Transition to Charitable Status and New Strategic Vision for 2027

London — Around the Globe Music & Arts is excited to share a significant step forward in its journey, transitioning toward becoming a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO – Foundation Model) registered with the Charity Commission. This progress aims to strengthen our cultural impact and educational outreach, inspiring pride among supporters.

To guide this next phase, founder leadership will be working alongside a new team of Trustees, bringing fresh expertise, vision, and dedication to the organisation's governance.

Establishing a formal charitable foundation requires careful diligence and administrative focus. As a result, Around the Globe Music & Arts will pause its public programming for 2026.

The Around the Globe International Music Festival—including its four annual music competitions and associated events—will not take place this year.

This short intermission allows the new leadership team the dedicated focus required to complete the registration process, evolve the organisation's framework, and develop an expanded suite of initiatives, competitions, and performance opportunities set to launch in 2027, inviting supporters to look forward to new activities.

As part of this transformation, the official website will close for updates at the end of September 2026 while it undergoes a complete redesign in preparation for the 2027 relaunch.
